WEEKEND WARRIORS
New program begins July 7th and sessions are for 4 weeks. Held on
Saturday and Sunday from 8:30am-10:00am. Are you looking for that fun,
yet challenging fitness class and don't have time during the week? Well
WEEKEND WARRIORS is for you! Each session is held at different locations
challenging you in various ways. From toning and building strength,
weight loss, core stabilization, coordination and just overall
improvements in fitness. Some of the challenges include cardio cycling,
hiking, stairs, plyo workouts, weight training, cardio aerobics and even
fun obstacle courses. Everyone is encouraged to sign up. Make it a
family affair!!!
